With full responsibility for partnering the fast-paced and forward thinking Customer Experience directorate, you’ll collaborate with our leaders to execute their people strategies, giving expert HR advice every step of the way.

This role isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about shaping the future of our organisation. As our People Business Partner supporting our Customer Experience directorate, you’ll be the bridge between our People function and your business area. 

Your primary focus will be on aligning People strategies with the business’s strategic aims. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managers, and front-line colleagues to create a positive and impactful colleague experience while having our Customer Experience at the forefront of your thinking! 

 

So, what do we need from you? 

  • You’ve got a track record of partnering with senior leaders, navigating change like a pro 
  • Complex issues? Bring 'em on! You’ll have experience of handling everything ER related from disciplinary matters to restructuring with finesse 
  • You’ll be a pro at working with people data. You’ll be comfortable turning numbers into meaningful insights that drive decisions 
  • You’ll help nurture our People and Culture advisors and apprentice, supporting their development and providing them with opportunities to shine (direct line management for 2) 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and a passion for rolling your sleeves up to get the job done 
  • Key performance metrics? You don’t just read them; you spark business conversations around them 
  • To be a champion for all things talent, succession planning? You’re here to make it happen for our colleagues! 
  • Ability to build trust faster than a high-speed train 
  • Ambiguity? You thrive on it. Fast pace? Your comfort zone 
  • You’ll be comfortable making decisions, actions, and meeting deadlines 
  • Ability to craft reports with precision and care

What’s in it for you…  

We offer an excellent salary of £57,000 , per annum for a 35-hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays. FYI - this role is a minimum 6 month fixed term contract exact duration will be dependant on start date.
