We’re on the lookout for an Estate and Environmental Caretaker to join the team at Swarcliffe, Leeds, you’ll be responsible in ensuring the estate looks its best, is clean and compliant and work as part of a brilliant team!

You’ll get £26,389 per year for a 37.5 hour week and 26 days paid annual leave (rising annually to 31) plus Bank Holidays.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams.
You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service, you’ll take pride in your work and ensuring customers have a clean, safe estate to live in.

What will I be doing?
Within the role you will carry out routine patrols and inspections across the Swarcliffe estate and test facilities such as emergency lights. You’ll also be emptying void properties as well as carrying out grounds maintenance work. This exciting role also involves cleaning and regular heavy lifting, whilst also undertaking a range of minor repairs to communal properties, gardens and wider estate.
