This role isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about shaping the future of our organisation. As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be the bridge between our HR function and your business area’s. Your primary focus will be on aligning HR strategies with the business’s strategic aims. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managers, and front-line colleague to create a positive and impactful colleague experience.

So, what do we need from you? 

  • You’ve got a track record of partnering with senior leaders, navigating change like a pro
  • Complex issues? Bring 'em on! You’ll have experience of handling everything ER related from disciplinary matters to restructuring with finesse
  • You’ll be a pro at working with HR data. You’ll be comfortable turning numbers into meaningful insights that drive decisions
  • You’ll help nurture our People and Culture advisors and apprentice, supporting their development and providing them with opportunities to shine
  • Ability to work collaboratively and a passion for rolling your sleeves up to get the job done
  • Key performance metrics? You don’t just read them; you spark business conversations around them
  • To be a champion for all things talent, succession planning? You’re here to make it happen for our colleagues!
  • Ability to build trust faster than a high-speed train
  • Ambiguity? You thrive on it. Fast pace? Your comfort zone
  • You’ll be comfortable making decisions, actions, and meeting deadlines

We offer an excellent salary of £47,366.30, per annum for a 35-hour week plus 25 days annual leave (rising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
