Workplace Experience Assistant

That's why we're looking for a Workplace Experience Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

Think of yourself as one of the people who helps make The Place tick.

You'll be the friendly face that greets visitors, supports colleagues and helps create an environment where people can do their best work. From preparing meeting spaces and supporting events, to resolving workplace issues and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in shaping everyday experiences.

No two days will be the same, but you'll spend your time:

• Welcoming colleagues, visitors and partners into The Place.
• Creating a professional, friendly and inclusive experience for everyone who visits.
• Supporting meetings, events and collaborative activities across our hubs.
• Helping keep our workspaces safe, well-presented and ready for use.
• Working with colleagues to quickly resolve workplace and facilities issues.
• Spotting opportunities to improve experiences and making things happen.
• Rolling your sleeves up and helping wherever you're needed.

What we're looking for

We're not overly concerned about job titles. You might have worked in hospitality, hotels, events, customer service, reception, retail, leisure or facilities management.

What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy working with people and creating positive experiences.

You'll be:

• Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people from all walks of life.
• Someone who notices the small details that make a big difference.
• Organised and able to stay calm when things get busy.
• Proactive and solutions-focused.
• A natural team player who's happy to get stuck in.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
