What you’ll be doing
You’ll be ensuring that rents and service charges are calculated in line with policy, are correctly entered into the rent system. You’ll also be preparing service charge schedules for various schemes annually, correctly calculating revised charges based on policy, for review and sign off by the Head of Service.
With a strong attention to detail and your excellent organisation skills, you’ll be producing informative annual rent and service charge letters, helping complete annual income and expenditure reports, and responding to colleague queries.
Maintaining accurate records, you’ll always be working to continuously improve our processes to provide the best service, working with your coordinator to meet best practice.

Sounds good? Here’s what we need from you…
- Great communication skills and confidence with IT, especially Excel and Word
- Strong Excel skills for managing and analysing data
- Accuracy, numeracy and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Experience handling complex numerical data and creating spreadsheets
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of rent and service charge regulations
- Experience with Open Accounts or Orchard
- Background in housing finance

In return, we offer a salary of £27,998.68 per annum for a 35 hour week, 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
