About You
As our Recruitment Advisor you’ll lead the way in talent acquisition at Yorkshire Housing, sourcing top-notch candidates for various positions across our business areas.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers identifying innovative ways to attract, assess and select the best talent. This will include planning and carrying out interviews, exploring best practice talent assessment methods and using your exceptional judgement to identify the crème de la crème of the talent. You will be instrumental in shaping our team and contributing to us being the best of the best!
But wait, there’s more! In addition to your recruitment prowess, you’ll use your excellent knowledge on market trends to unleash you’re creative side. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and want you to bring fresh ideas to the table. Whether its organising recruitment events, utilising social media to attract top talent or implementing engaging recruitment strategies – you can make the role your own and the possibilities are endless!
