Are you a strong administrator wanting to delve into financial housekeeping, or looking for a change of pace into a role you can really get your teeth stuck into? Then we have the role for you! Read on…
We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Purchase to Pay Data Administrator to join our Purchase to Pay team. It’s a role with meaning, so you’ll be making a real difference in thousands of customers’ lives with what you do.
What we’re all about
You might think of Yorkshire Housing as ‘just’ a housing provider. We own and manage nearly 20,000 homes (and counting) across Yorkshire and our mission is to make it possible for current and future tenants to have a place they’re proud to call home. We’re all about the customer, and our service doesn’t stop once the keys are in the door.
We’re a dynamic and innovative housing provider, and we’ve got big growth plans. As a valued member of the Purchase to Pay team, you’ll manage and coordinate the administrative service that allows Yorkshire Housing to deliver its ambitious customer offer. Are you ready to embrace your next challenge?
What you’ll be doing
You will be working in the Purchase to Pay Team, using this system to order goods and services, dealing with paying council tax, dealing with void utilities, and other administrative aspects linked to our tenancies.
We see our Purchase to Pay team as the ‘engine room’ that plays a vital part in supporting the business. Therefore, you will be flexible and adaptable in dealing with different administrative tasks.
Sounds good? Here’s what we need from you…
- Experience and confidence when handling financial information
- Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Products (intermediate level Excel skills required)
- Experience in data entry and records management
- Comfortable working to SLAs and KPI targets, whilst following internal policies and processes.
- You will be adaptable and can handle a variety of tasks.
It would be a bonus if you have…
- Previous experience in Purchase to Pay
- Previous experience working in the social housing sector
- Experience in using Orchard or Microsoft Dynamics, specifically linked to data entry activities.
Full details of responsibilities and requirements can be found in the job description attached.
What’s in it for you…
In return, we offer a salary of £23,316.63 per annum for a 35-hour week, 25 days of annual leave (rising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
We also work (truly) flexibly, and believe work is something you do, not somewhere you go.
But that’s not all. We offer a reward package to suit everyone. At YH, you can claim back for prescriptions, eye tests and more with our cash plan, make the most of a variety of retail discounts and take advantage of our pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%, just to name a few.
Our people’s health and wellbeing is one of our top priorities, and you can make the most of our readily available wellbeing support package. This includes access to a library of free fitness classes, as well as an instant My GP service and free counselling sessions with a trained professional.
So, now you’re really interested?
At Yorkshire Housing, we’re actively building a work environment that’s inclusive as well as diverse, where everyone can contribute their best work and be themselves.
