Join our New Customer Team as Property Marketing Officer! As our Property Marketing Officer, you’ll be the creative spark behind promoting and advertising Yorkshire Housing’s rented properties. Imagine using a mix of print, online, and social media magic to ensure those lettings happen pronto. And guess what? You’ll also be the superhero who minimises rent loss by providing accurate property info and creating a comprehensive portfolio. Plus, you get to manage the handover process for New Build properties from Development.

First friend on the scene:
- You’ll be the friendly face for both internal and external customers.
- Oh, and you’ll also be the master of delegation, making sure everyone’s productivity is soaring!
Marketing magic:
- Imagine updating our marketing and advertising content across various channels—Choice-based lettings, Twitter, Rightmove, and Facebook.
- Your mission? Create property adverts that make our homes irresistible!
Promo prodigy:
- You’ll whip up promotional material for our commercial products. Think customer interest, finding the perfect match, and staying competitive.
BFFs with Local Authorities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Local Authorities? Yep, that’s your jam!
New build navigator:
- Work with our Development team to create and execute marketing plans.
- And hey, let’s find efficient ways to market those hard-to-let properties!
Timing guru:
- You’ll know when to market properties to minimise void loss and relet times.
Matchmaker extraordinaire:
- Help allocate the best-suited properties to our current customers.
- And create customer profiles that fit like a glove!

We offer an excellent salary of £28,159.65 plus £2,000 car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
