How much?
Up to £33,918.98 per annum for a 37.5-hour week plus overtime and call-out opportunities on top!

Where?
Your primary location will be across North Yorkshire (York), but you may need to travel further around Yorkshire from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing but certainly not a deal breaker! We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams.
You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. Ideally you’ll also be able to perform other trades alongside plumbing which may include plastering, joinery, tiling, wet walling and UPVC maintenance.
