New Homes Sales Consultant

 

We are excited to be on the lookout for a New Homes Sales Consultant (Fixed term for 12 months maternity cover) to join the SPACE Homes Team. You’ll be the face of our flagship Ellerwood site, a new homes development in Skipton.

 

It is an exciting time to join the SPACE Homes Team as we continue to support Yorkshire Housing who own and manage more than 20,000 homes and counting.  Our build programme keeps growing and as a Yorkshire developer, we are dedicated to growing our brand in line with this so you will be key in representing Space Homes to visitors and buyers. 

 

You’ll be on-site from Thursday through to Monday each week with a work pattern of 9:30am-5pm each day (with Tuesday and Wednesday off each week.)  You may occasionally be required to cover other sites so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required.

What will you be doing?

 

The New Homes Sales Consultant will be being the face of SPACE Homes at our exclusive development site. You will provide customer excellence in dealing with sales queries and guiding our customers through their sales journey. You will use your knowledge, negotiation and influencing skills in achieving targets.

 

You will ensure show homes look their best and ensure relevant information is collected and support the Field Sales Manager in achieving the team's business aims. You will be flexible and support at other sites as and when it is needed. 

 

Ellerwood is a collection of 4 & 5 bedroom homes. You will guide prospective and existing buyers through the sales process with regular communication and support from our Space Homes marketing team who will work with you to generate footfall and enquiries. 

 

You will be responsible for promptly responding to all leads generated and be motivated to achieve your developments sales rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity, at the best price and delivering a great customer experience for the buyer. 

 

You will be actively involved with all external parties to achieve legal completion and take responsibility in ensuring your developments properties are ready and to Space Homes standards at handover ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

Who are we looking for? 

 

The answer is simple - if you are hardworking, driven and ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

 

The rest would also be great too – 

  • You’ll have experience of working in residential New Homes sales, selling properties and using your excellent negotiating skills to close sales.
  • You’ll have experience of promoting and marketing properties through a range of mediums and also previous experience running a sales site and/or show home and selling different types of properties. 
  • Excellent written communication skills particularly for a sales audience.
  • You’ll be happy working to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You’ll be great at problem solving and reaching solutions.
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office/Outlook
  • We’d love to see a strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude.
  • And of course passion and enthusiasm for sales and digital marketing

 

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required
