We are excited to be able to announce we are looking for a new Marketing Lead, to join our Space Homes Sales Team.

You will take responsibility for the delivery of the marketing strategy for sales in Space Homes, leading, designing and running insightful marketing campaigns for our new build sites.

What you’ll be getting up to
Developing a strong understanding of our marketplace and relevant audiences, you will be proactive in planning and implementing lead generating campaigns.
Our property listings need to look their best, and so you’ll have responsibility to work alongside our marketing assistant on their presentation and accuracy. As part of this you will coordinate work with our external suppliers to arrange photography, videography, CGI’s and offline media advertising.
You will work with our external agency to ensure our fabulous Space Homes website is accurate and effective, seeking improvements and increased functionality.
You will take the lead on budget management across our sales sites, and you will line manage the Marketing Assistant.

Digital strategy
An understanding of digital strategy for website and social media.
Able to devise creative marketing campaign strategies.
Experience in PPC and social media advertising.
Campaigns and content
You’ll be experienced in delivering creative multi-channel digital comms campaigns and measuring success.
Experience in social media management.
Can create digital content such as short video clips and social media posts.
Creative thinker who can devise engaging campaign concepts.
Strong copywriter and content creator who can bring the Space Homes brand to life.
Good understanding of social media strategy and measurement.
Able to make decisions on spend and manage budgets.
Understanding of SEO.
Leadership
Strong influencing skills and able to work well with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Able to build trust and advise the business.
Strong organisational skills and can work to deadlines.
Can take initiative and suggest ideas for improving marketing channels at Space Homes.
A good level of experience in a similar role.
