Our Environmental Services team is expanding and we’re looking for a Landscaper to join them!
What you'll be doing:
- Creating beautiful spaces: You'll be responsible for seasonal cuts, flower bed maintenance, and both hard and soft landscaping, ensuring our outdoor areas look their best.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure all grounds maintenance duties are completed to the highest standards.
- Equipment management: Use and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, keeping everything in excellent condition.
- Specialist support: Drive and operate specialist vehicles to assist with our landscaping projects.
- Customer engagement: Interact with our customers, address on-site issues, and provide a reassuring presence in our neighbourhoods.
What you'll bring:
- Experience: A proven track record in landscaping with skills in brickwork, fencing, decking, planting, and more.
- Safety awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe use of machinery and PPE.
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations and adapt to changing situations.
- Driving licence: A valid full UK driving licence and the ability to drive on behalf of YH.
It’d be a bonus if you had:
- Experience of trailer, plant towing, planting and plant species knowledge.
- Holder of CS30/31, CS38/CS39.
- Holder of a PA1/PA6 license.

This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of £ 30,468 for a 37-hour week, 25 days annual leave (rising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
