Integration Analyst

Job Introduction

We’re on an exciting transformation journey here at Yorkshire Housing, and this is your chance to be part of it!

As an Integration Analyst, you’ll help us move from fragmented, manual processes to a connected, API-driven environment that improves how we work and enables a more joined up approach.

Reporting to our Applications Manager, you’ll play a key role in integrating new systems like Salesforce and Workday with our legacy platforms, making data flow seamlessly across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and deliver smart, scalable solutions, embed integration into projects, and support our use of MuleSoft—all while shaping how our systems interact to create a more pre-emptive, customer obsessed service.

We believe work is something you do, not somewhere you go so if you want to work for a company who are truly flexible and where you are valued then this could be the role for you!

What we’re all about

You might think of Yorkshire Housing as ‘just’ a housing provider, but we’re so much more than that. Yes, we own and manage nearly 20,000 homes (and counting) across Yorkshire and make it possible for current and future customers to have a place they’re proud to call home, but we’re also all about making a positive difference in people’s lives.

We’ve got big plans to overhaul the traditional customer service offer, build new homes that are truly future-proof and empower our people through flexibility and freedom to do their best work.

Our investment in technology is a key pillar of our strategy and our change team are working on exciting, complex and ambitious programmes to deliver a pre-emptive customer experience – who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

Want to know more about your next challenge?

What will you be doing?

Here’s a taste of what’s involved:

  • Designing and delivering smart, scalable integrations using MuleSoft and other tools.
  • Turning business needs into integration solutions that fit our transformation roadmap.
  • Keeping everything running smoothly—monitoring performance, fixing issues, and making sure integrations stay secure and efficient.
  • Working hand-in-hand with architects and project teams to embed integration into everything we do.
  • Sharing your know-how, mentoring others, and helping us build a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

This role is agile homeworking, meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from home most of the time, but we’ll also need you to come into our fabulous Leeds workspace occasionally for team meetings, coworking, and face-to-face collaboration.

Already feel this is the role for you? There’s much more useful information you can read in the Role Profile!

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using MuleSoft or similar platforms, a strong understanding of API development, RESTful services, and integration patterns, and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. Familiarity with DevOps practices for managing code, version control, and release pipelines will also help you hit the ground running.

We’re also looking for:

  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Experience supporting live integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Confidence working with both point-to-point and platform-based integration models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams and contributing to shared outcomes.
  • Clear communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms.
  • Bonus points for experience in the housing, not-for-profit or public sector- but it’s not essential!

What’s in it for you…

  • Salary: £50,303 per annum (35 hours/week)
  • 26 days annual leave (rising to 31 annually) + Bank Holidays
  • Permanent Contract

We offer a reward package to suit everyone. At YH, you can claim back for prescriptions, eye tests and more with our cash plan, make the most of a variety of retail discounts and take advantage of our pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%, just to name a few.

Our people’s health and wellbeing are one of our top priorities, and you can make the most of our readily available wellbeing support package. This includes access to a library of free fitness classes, as well as an instant My GP service and free counselling sessions with a trained professional.
