What you’ll be doing? 

 

You’ll be customer obsessed and provide assurance to Yorkshire Housing Ltd Board that all services meet the needs of our customers and ensure that strategies, policies, and action plans, align with our values.  You will also ensure customer feedback helps shape our services and influences decisions in line with meeting the Regulator’s Consumer Standards.  The committee meets at least four times a year and includes members with relevant skills and knowledge and includes a customer.

The stuff that sets you apart:

 

We’re looking for someone with a background in the Housing Sector and experience in risk, performance management and an interest in customers.  Experience or an understanding of consumer regulation in the housing sector or complaints would be advantageous. You don't have to have previous Non-Executive experience but you do need to show you can stay strategic.

The time commitment for the role is 1 day per month, with a salary of £4,750 per annum.
