Are you an experienced Gas Engineer looking for a role where your work really matters? Join our fantastic Gas Installs Team at Yorkshire Housing and help keep homes safe, warm, and comfortable for thousands of customers across the region.
Location: Barnsley (with travel across Yorkshire)
Salary: £40,580 per year (£20.81/hour) + overtime and call-out opportunities
Hours: 37.5 per week

What you’ll do:
Day-to-day, you’ll be installing heating systems to keep our customers safe and warm. You’ll also carry out servicing, safety checks, and boiler repairs when needed, but installs will be your main focus. We aim to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible, so great communication and a professional, friendly approach are key.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience installing gas boilers and heating systems
- ACS Certificates: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1 (or equivalent)
- You must hold a full UK driver’s licence for this role, and a basic DBS check will be required if successful.
