You’ll work closely with our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, supporting with financial analysis and modelling, and ensuring that the 30-year business plan is updated, scrutinised and understood.
You’ll coach and develop the Associate and/or Finance Analyst covering the same business area, to drive performance and service delivery.
You’ll support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes as required and collaborate with both finance and operational colleagues

What’s really important is that you’re a people person, with a knack for confident communication, negotiation and building relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll have the ability to translate large and complex data sets into meaningful analysis and value-adding insights for the business.
You’ll be curious, driven, be able to adapt to change and always ready to keep developing yourself and the service.
As well as having an accounting qualification (Certified or Chartered), experience working in a Finance team as a business partner and previously line managed, your attention to detail will be second to none and you’ll thrive when working under pressure.
