We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cleaner to help keep our communal spaces clean, safe and welcoming for our customers. You’ll be a key part of the scheme team, taking pride in your work and helping create a place people are happy to call home.

What you’ll be doing

• Cleaning communal internal and external areas to a high standard
• Making sure cleaning supplies are stocked and ready
• Working safely and following health & safety guidance at all times

What you’ll bring

• A great eye for detail and a positive, can‑do attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• A commitment to equality, inclusion and doing the right thing
• Cleaning experience is welcome, but not essential – we’ll support you with training

This is a part‑time role (16 hours per week), ideal if you’re looking for flexibility and meaningful work that truly matters.

This is a part time,  12 month fixed term contract with a salary of £10,483.20 per year, plus approx. 12 days of annual leave (pro rata’d) plus Bank Holidays. We’ll also work with you to accommodate hours that work with you and us to clean the scheme over 4 days a week.

The fine print

• The closing date for applications is 29.03.26, but we may close the advert early if we receive a high number of applications
• This role will be based out of our extra care scheme Deansfield Court, Furlongs Ave, Norton, Malton YO17 9DJ. So you’ll need to be within a commutable distance from there
