About Yorkshire Housing

Here at Yorkshire Housing our customers are at the heart of what we do – we are not just your typical housing provider! In a nutshell We own and manage nearly 20,000 homes (and counting) across Yorkshire and our mission is to make it possible for current and future tenants to have a place they’re proud to call home. We’re all about the customer and our service doesn’t stop once the keys are in the door.

What you will be doing…

Routine patrols and inspections across ‘your patch’. You’ll be emptying void properties (lifting / handling required) as well as carrying out ad-hoc maintenance work, such as lock changes or jet washing. We’ll also need you to drive the cage van from time to time (we provide training on this!). If a garden spruce up is needed, we’d like your help with this too.

Check out the attached Role Profile for a breakdown of responsibilities.
