We are excited to be on the hunt for a Business Performance Analyst.
In this exciting role you’ll be supporting the Business Performance Manager, providing the relevant data and insight to ensure the Repairs and Investment Delivery function is delivering a customer-obsessed service against the agreed performance targets and budgets.
What you’ll be getting up to
You’ll proactively analyse business performance reports from teams within Repairs & Investment to identify an understanding of how the different teams are performing and making suggestions and opportunities to improve performance.
The data is key and will provide the foundation, allowing you to make important recommendations on how service levels can be improved. You’ll also use this insight and knowledge to identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes and procedures across YH.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Business Partner for Repairs & Investment Delivery and senior managers to support the budget management and forecasting process. You’ll monitor and reconcile expenditure with external partners. Leading on performance management meetings with the relevant stakeholders.

So, what do we need from you?
Analytical mind – you’ll be comfortable identifying trends and issues from large and complex data sets and paint a picture on performance.
Effective and confident communicator - can communicate performance trends to senior managers and make confident and evidence-based recommendations.
Customer obsessed - passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, ideally with an understanding and previous experience of complaints data.
Capable of being challenged and challenging stakeholders, in relation to any reporting or analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the budget management and forecasting process.
Flexible and open to change and is a Change Champion in transforming ways of working to be data drive.

The salary for this role is £31,091.67 per annum, 25 days annual leave (rising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
